In recognition of its outstanding business practice and transparency, the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services (Mobinil) was awarded Best Corporate Governance in Egypt by World Finance Corporate Governance Awards 2010 this February
The World Finance Corporate Governance Awards recognizes companies that have reached the highest levels of excellence in Corporate Governance, the winners are those who have exceeded their formal requirements for international listings and regulatory frameworks, they are fully transparent in their disclosures and have shown best practice when interacting with their shareholders and stakeholders.

It aims to attain the highest levels of transparency, accountability and integrity to safeguard the interests of management in line with the company and shareholders.
